MedHoliday International coordinates medical treatment abroad, giving each patient one point of contact throughout the process. We select a clinic and doctor for the medical request, arrange consultations and clinic estimates, coordinate appointments and translation, and provide personal support during treatment and until the patient returns home. The company is led by Elena Karaskova, founder and director, who is based in Thailand and works directly with patients, clinics, and medical teams. Most cases are coordinated in Thailand, particularly in Bangkok and Phuket. MedHoliday also works through its network in South Korea and is developing its services in Vietnam. Medical recommendations and treatment are provided by the clinic and treating doctor. MedHoliday is responsible for selection, communication, and coordination.
